How do I schedule?

There are two options - you can either book your first appointment today through this Hipaa compliant booking link.

You'll be lead to my up to date calendar where you can choose day/time of your first appointment and upload insurance, sign forms etc. 

OR, if you'd rather chat with first, you can schedule a free 15 minute consultation using the contact form

Do you take insurance?

Yes, with most major insurance plans (BCBS, United, Anthem, Cigna, Aetna, Carelon, Question, Oxford, Oscar, and Quest Behavioral).

​Self pay / out of pocket is $175 per hour session.

Do you offer virtual or in-person?

Both! Virtual sessions are available for clients anywhere in Texas using Doxy.me — a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform designed for telehealth.

For in-person sessions, the office is located in the New Hope Office Park in Cedar Park (921 W. New Hope Drive) — a perk - there’s a Starbucks within walking distance!

How do I know if someone is the right therapist for me?

The therapeutic relationship is so important. There has been so much research dedicated to figuring out what exactly helps people get the most results from therapy, and for decades two things always come up: 1) how motivated someone is for therapy, and 2) how well you trust and like your therapist (the right "fit"). The consultation is a good time to assess this, as well as the first few sessions.

How long will I need to be in therapy?

Everyone’s pace is so different so it's hard to say. Some people feel comfortable phasing out sessions within a few months, while others prefer longer-term support. Our goal as therapists is to empower you to get to the root of the anxiety and develop the coping skills to manage the day to day.
