Service Description

After booking, I’ll follow up with an email to set up your secure client portal, where you can complete intake forms and upload your insurance information if applicable. Session price will vary based on your specific insurance policy - this will be determined upon completion of your HIPAA compliant patient portal profile (link will be sent 24-48 hours after securing the appointment). If you're not using insurance, self pay rate is $145 per session. Superbills available to file out of network upon request. Please note: Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with 24 hours' notice.
